Discover the menu of our restaurant, which offers traditional cuisine with a mix of flavours, scents and recipes made mainly from local products from Chanaz or surroundings....

Walnut and hazelnut oil from the Moulin de Chanaz, goat's cheese, snails from Vions, our wines, our beers and finally, the delicious coffee from the Chanaz burner to be enjoyed on the pontoon along the Canal de Savières or indoors to keep cool and enjoy the weather in Chanaz.

Siberian ice cream, to eat in or take away

As we are big ice cream lovers (both us and our daughters), and given the location of our house, which is a very busy place, especially during the summer, we couldn't resist selling ice cream.
We therefore offer artisanal ice creams in collaboration with "The Siberiana renowned ice cream parlour in Aix-les-Bains.
Founded in 1953 by Mr. Achille Giovannoni, La Sibérienne is first of all a simple and authentic taste but first class The fresh milk comes from the surrounding pastures and the products are free of preservatives.
